Following the garden and lounge works for the same Orpington client, Middle Man tendered the required trade packages and managed delivery of the kitchen and dining phase, giving the client one point of contact throughout.
Our role covered trade tendering and management of delivery. The kitchen design is credited to FBC London; Middle Man did not design or manufacture the kitchen.
An FBC London kitchen, with a stated value of over £200,000 according to Paul Summerfield. This figure refers to the kitchen only and is not the overall project cost. The photographs show the finished kitchen, dining space and connection to the terrace.
