Being straight with you
- We aim to obtain five valid quotations per trade package. Returned quote numbers depend on contractor availability and participation. If fewer quotes are received, we tell you clearly before you decide how to proceed.
- Five quotes is a target, not a guarantee. You may still proceed with fewer quotations if you choose, and there is no obligation to appoint anyone.
- MiddleMan is not the building contractor. We provide project intake and review, tender preparation, contractor sourcing and vetting, quotation comparison, procurement support and optional project coordination. You appoint the contractor.
- MiddleMan project estimating and tendering is free for customers. Your upload, initial cost plan, project breakdown, tender preparation, contractor tendering, quotation comparison and contractor selection cost you nothing. No card details, ever.
- Later, if you want it, MiddleMan can also coordinate your build for you. That service is entirely optional and separate.
